There are no set dates in arbitration unless maybe the parties agree in advance to them, which I have never heard of, but there is never a date by which an arbitrator must make their decision, just as a judge never says that he will have his decision or a jury must have their decision by a specific date. There could be miles to go here before we have an outcome.
