Let's not take SA out of picture! Yes I agree, punishing damages would be appropriate. But SA is going to be at the front of all buyout, M&A, or partnership. We have the people in place to do deals. And I caught that too:
"What's with giving Cyrus... 6 months to complete his new offerings...as this normally functions in several years...what's the rush...M&A?...buyout?"
We need to know exactly, and I mean exactly, what is going on with the FDA. Not only all about the hold, but where we stand with them. We shouldn't have to spend our days like private detectives solving this puzzle through clues. Tell us the whole story with the FDA, like how do they see us, I mean it is a public institution.
