I don't think they've put in a PR that they submitted any of their responses to the FDA have they? I thought that all came on the calls themselves. In fact, I don't think they even put in a PR that they had received responses from the FDA asking for additional info but I could be wrong about that.
As for the call itself, you said this "isn't the PR they wanted to put out" (and it may not be) and that they "announce...pretty much nothing" but I think this is just their typical end of the quarter call so it wasn't expected to be some big announcement.
