but again, we simply "requested" a final hearing date - there's not even a date yet. i had heard from folks at paulson that the number was 50MM+ - a few months ago. but maybe that is news.

regarding the hold, you have to ask yourself if they would hold back having submitted their response to the FDA - after a year plus of calling it the biggest issue the company is facing and all of the hand-wringing about this cloud hanging over the company. highly unlikely in my opinion that they wouldn't update on that. but i really hope i'm wrong and we've responded.
