Who’s to say the hold wont be lifted before the 24th.
I don’t necessarily look at his situation as if he got demoted because he couldn’t get the job done. He got sick and has to cut back on work.
Who knows we might get a new CEO and he will leave. He might feel 100 percent better and able enough down the road to take the job again and become our CEO. We don’t know.
