Craig,...simply put...We are Not in a position to initiate diddly squat as far as trials go...the cloud over the head of Cytodyn started with three deaths... two in placebo...one on the drug side (patient also had illicit drugs in system)...
Under the auspices of the FDA...We elected to put partial hold on LL..."out of an abundance of caution."
The Pall that hangs overhead... has as much to do with appearances as anything else. Death and safety don't go hand in hand.
The FDA has made mistakes in the past...I'm sure they are triple checking all manner of docs...
HOLDS can last for years..They will continue to hold... until All deficiencies are addressed. We are not the only one in the clubhouse.
