Am I incorrect, or do the FDA holds have nothing at all to do with NASH and oncology? If I am right, then I don't think that the holds have anything at all to do with a partnership. To me, if right, THAT is the silence that speaks volumes.
I think any potential partner would be FAR more skilled than the management team CYDY currently has and would be able to respond to the FDA about the holds far more quickly and efficiently if they had signed an NDA and knew what the holds were about.
The entire "FDA holds" thing is taking far too long based on how easily we were told it could and would be dealt with a year ago. We need a real, meaningful update on things NOW.
