If the hold is lifted, then we can understand that had Amarex done what they were contracted to do, LL would have received approval.
If the hold is not lifted, then, regardless of all the work CYDY did in regards to aggregation of the data and re-writing the BLA, and putting together the Investigational Brochure and the other documents, it would not have been proven as clinically safe and therefore would not have been approved because safety wasn't proven scientifically. We know that won't happen.)
If LL would have been authorized, the damages are huge. If LL would not have been authorized, damages would be far less, maybe we could only recover what we paid Amarex since their work was purposefully reckless and grossly negligent.
