It is mere speculation that the arbitration will not happen until the clinical hold is lifted. I for one do not believe that.
People keep pyramiding speculation upon speculation. We need to know what we do not know — and what we do not know is what the status of the arbitration is, and what is going on with the FDA.
It’s unpleasant having no clue, and as much as I do not want the kind of nothingburger PR’s and videos of the Nader era, which always seemed to be followed by an attack on the stock price, I join with so many others in wishing that CYDY management would give us some kind of update.
