Respert, you think that the company's "strategy will change if the FDA comes back for even more delays?" What constitutes WHEN the strategy changes? In December of 2022, Cyrus expected the hold to be removed "very early in 2023" (paraphrase, but very close to exact wording). We also know, from Cyrus, that the FDA came back on more than one occasion seeking additional information. Since then "radio silence." I agree that any potential correspondence with the company needs to be professional and courteous, but I also feel that the company must adhere to the 6 Principles of Shareholder Communication, which includes "providing timely and relevant updates." Even if the company doesn't have significant FDA CONCLUSIONS (which obviously they would be required to report) I would like to know if this appears to be a seemingly never-ending process of the company providing the asked for information, then FDA comes back requesting something else, or further clarification, then the company provides that information, and then the FDA requests something else, etc. I don't think that putting the FDA under the spotlight, if that is occurring, would be a horrible thing, at this point unless the company feels that they are close to concluding. How is it going to hurt if the pattern of ongoing FDA requests, company response, FDA request, company response, and so on continues for the foreseeable future? The company must be operating on "fumes" at his point ($), and with no company updates, the pps continues to dwindle, so when we are forced to come up with some capital to continue to fund operations the cost of that capital will be much more damaging to the pockets of shareholders (bigger risk, higher cost of capital at shareholders expense, on the front end, the back end, or both). The people working at Cytodyn, that are dealing with the FDA on this "hold" process are not idiots, at some point shareholders are entitled to make their own decisions on whether the hold will ever be lifted based on the ongoing process. I want, and feel that I am entitled to some clarification!!!!!!
