Lots of interesting discussion(s) involving the arbitration .... but everyone is assuming this fair benevolent arbitrator, and he could be a "ringer" for either side. A jury trial can take days/weeks to pick out the jury and the trial will last a matter of hours. Had we had a fair shake from the FDA? I am as much concerned over the man or committee making the decision as the basis of facts in the case.... go CYDY, still buying/ quit crying and accept what has happened last few years.
