My bet is a deal has been or will be struck soon.
Arbitration is like being married- lots of compromising.
The arbitrator will put pressure on both sides to settle.
NSF has a lot to lose money, reputation, clients
And aggravation and stress that the big guys don’t
Want to deal with. This has the possibility of
Harming NSF in a big way regardless of legal
