They can claim all they like...doesn't change the facts...per the Master Agreement...refusal to pay will be conditioned by the liability assigned by the courts..(not in arbitration)...separate issue.
A lawsuit by SA... assessing their culpability.would put them within arms reach of the law...that would put them inside the ring.
