Pete - In this email he reaffirms the lack of genotoxicity of the drug. He also confirms the preclinical info we already know with his ic50 reference - that is just referring to the drugs antiproliferative potency. I see nothing there addressing toxicity. There is no info there that describes how people are tolerating the drug - which is (I think) what you mean when you talk about toxicity.
