Getting a settlement from Amarex would definitely be a bonus. I hope the arbitration is going well. I really hate to think of raising more money at these levels before a partnership for cancer, NASH or whatever happens. No way we could raise enough via Paulson etc to do proper trials. Need big money from elsewhere.
As a shareholder I want clarity. The more CYDY and FDA meet the more I like it. No more of the "we plan to set up a meeting" crap we used to hear.
At this point I don't think shorts are much of a threat. Shorts made their money a while back and are waiting for their next opportunity. The shorts still in are either inexperienced or are betting on the worst outcome.
