I agree that we have inflicted many wounds upon ourselves over the years - but I think Cyrus has changed that dynamic completely. I am still really surprised (obviously disappointed) that the FDA pulled this latest stunt - but again, maybe it's hangover from Nader's many blunders, and them getting so fed up with him.
I am hopeful that we get some news on the Amarex settlement this Summer - which is what my source had told me. That would be a nice shot in the arm, especially if its in the 50MM or more range.
And i couldn't agree more - It would be great to get any clarity whatsoever from Cyrus on how our response to the latest FDA inquiry is going - are we halfway through, most of the way through? General timing? And do they expect this is it - or is there a probability the FDA will come back with another question(s)?
