l have a question....
If NGIO has now been purchased by a company that supposedly is worth say around 5 billion dollars and NGIO has a cancer drug that has a paper showing a 10 year life information to go along with it and has other potentials, Can't this company afford to put out a 10-K and since there is on Edgar showing 5 million shares waiting to be sold for 8.50 -9.50 so NGIO can get on Nasdaq, can't this company get those shares and get NGIO on Nasdaq with the amount of money they have?
