Youfeng obviously has plans (see 8K) and already invested a bunch of time and money. Even with all the "bad" stuff removed through bankruptcy, there is probably still a lot of preparation and work to be done. So we have no choice but to be patient (again) and wait and see. The fact that a Chinese company is involved probably complicates matters. And honestly, I would rather have China involved than all of the shady characters of our past...
