Thanks to PDUFA the FDA is NOT an unbiased party in drug approvals. This fact has been quite apparent in drug approvals over the past few years.....Remdesivir, Aduhelm. Relyvrio is another with a questionable approval history, though not as apparent as the two mentioned above.
