Yes, they said March till it was obviously not going to happen. LV came up with it's got to be April before March was over so many went ahead and moved expectations to April. Now like you said, all they have is to say the final phases take time, but it's all been said before.
Long-ago they said JPMorgan was going to be involved but Doc just said last week that they are "more informed" which means we had no deal with them.
They say JHB is some kind of big asset to us but he has distanced himself before saying he's not involved
