UNVC: Well the day to day has turned into week to week which has turned into month to month, and year to year.
What will be next April is almost gone 5 trading days left and still no PR for New Beginnings no 8k (which can't happen not SEC Compliant).
Not even a forward looking statement PR, Useless Twitter and LinkedIn post that never tell anything of substance or merit just doesn't cut it.
Excuses will start flying all next week It'll be interesting to hear them.
The lasted that has started is QUOTE Entering the final phases of the process is always the most time consuming part.
Well Dalton stated last piece needed completed 8 or 9 weeks ago.
Still no filing to become SEC Compliant as of Friday 04/21/2023
