I agree with Construction financing is only a small part of what is required to go live with a facility.
I disagree with "that if snpw had a free paid for facility right now they wouldn’t have resources to go live - to turn on the lights, buy equipment, hire people, train people, etc etc." they would have equity to borrow against as start-up capital.
I contend that FoxEss, PT.IDN, Marine Battery, State of Alabama, Insurance underwriters, and the realtor all have far greater in depth knowledge of SPPC and they continue to work with them.
IMHO, that more than enough reason to take a gamble on SNPW.
