No matter how/when we do it I couldn't believe that we could be under .50 with a multi billion dollar drug in phase 3. Look at some other companies with billion dollar products in phase 3 trials...it will be hard to find one that trades under $1/share. Not referring to ART products but even drugs for cancer treatments, Alzheimer, etc.

Not saying it couldn't happen with the manipulation in OTC markets but I think Phase 3 could really get this party started. A major partner would get the job done too.
