great point - always good to see quality hires hitching themselves to our wagon.
in thinking through this further, i think the call is to announce Scott's coming on board, as well as money raises. I don't think the hold has been lifted - they would for sure PR it immediately.
however, in pushing the call to the 14th (past / at the 30 day deadline for the FDA to respond), i do believe that Cyrus is highly confident the hold is lifted by then - so he is hoping to give an update on all of those things.
Here's to hoping we get that PR in the next couple of days. at this pace, My celebratory 12-year old scotch is in danger of being a 15 year old scotch by the time i get to drink it.....
