I've got a slightly different take on the CC. It's scheduled for 8:30 AM EDT. One hour before the market opens.
They are not supposed to make announcements that may affect the share price while the market is open for business.
What-ever they plan to announce, they apparently believe it will impact on the sp.
I'd like to think it's good news because it's in the morning before the market opens. IMO, bad news would be announced after market hours. (4:00 PM EDT)
