My favorite part of reading the filings is "subsequent events" in the last 45 days or in this case 90.
The financials are interesting and sometimes predictable. The events that happened during the quarter are usually old news either PR'd or filed. Sometimes with more detail though.
The butter on the biscuits, gravy on the taters is the "subsequent events"
That's where you learn some new things. Late break'n info.
