hmmm ... "certain subsequent events" are to be reconciled ... to complete the audit and finalize the annual report in Form 10-K. ... Okay, Got it. The annual report will be reflecting information that is 3 months old already ... Gathering the full picture with recent significant company happenings and information seems logical.
Perhaps some of those efforts by the strategic advisory firm, Alantra, regarding partnerships and other kinds of strategic relationships ... is now materializing. Seems like the right window of time for that.
Maybe that strategic plan to provide the resources needed for that "comprehensive ongoing advertising and marketing campaign" will be detailed.
