i did not find the item you cite. Does that appear to be a new action or might their incorporation status have been revoked some time ago?
I am not eager to see them go officially under as that removes any chance of recouping even 5 or 10 % of the 98% loss many have experienced. I'd opt for :"something" over the current "nothing". If there were a possible sale or JV - probably an outright sale - I'd not hasten to "out" them as there is nothing to gain and there is the scant remaining hope to lose .
Well, some would reap the satisfaction of "I told you so:" but that's been going on for a year already.
