Mexus incorporation status in Nevada is now revoked. That means that they are not legally registered as a business in that state. Can PT be held personally responsible for any lawsuits against the company? How is he able to sell shares to the public? Any incorporation experts out there who want to weigh in?
Could that be why there were no new notes in the last filing? Not too many lenders are going to loan money to an unincorporated company in my opinion.

How are they still listed as pink current info on OTC? OTC shows Nevada and Utah
Revoked in Nevada and nothing in Utah

If they reregistered in another state than the OTC markets should be updated.
