The two offerings Ault took part in were approx. 14.6M shares and 12.5M shares. I guess we can't say for certain that he took all of it. But I assume so as there were no other ownership filings.
The form 13F you reference I don't believe is cumulative. Take a look at this one from the singing company that Ault also has ownership in.

Look at the percentage of ownership and the share count for each, they are all the same. Each entity can't own 57% which leads me to believe these are not cumulative for his VERB holdings either.
