Re: HHIGambler #132816
Gambler: SK's SEC disclosure tealeaves look cloudy to me. Yes, he may be generating funds to pay a large retainer to a criminal defense attorney, but it's also possible that he has agreed to testify for the government in Nader's prosecution. The latter possibility would belie the need to raise $500,000 for defense counsel. Moreover, I would be surprised if SK departed CYDY in dire financial condition except for his shares, Bear in mind also that the Form144 sales have a 90 day window. Based on the low volumes yesterday and this morning, it doesn't appear that he's dumping large clumps of CYDY shares on the market -- so perhaps he expects better selling opportunities down the 90 day road.
As typical with almost everything CYDY related since Nader was fired, the fact that we don't know what we don't know makes reading these latest tealeaves problematic. But I suspect the next 90 days will provide quite a bit of clarity on our investment for good or ill. For me, the key probative factor in this entire CYDY jigsaw puzzle remains. until to unless demonstrated otherwise, the efficacy, safety, and method of action of LL over multiple indications.
