To pay his legal fees. You gotta remember, he was Chairman of the board when he and NP sold their shares, so he may be lawyering up (IMO). I'm more curious about how he was able to sell these shares given his insider information, however Pestell did the same thing by selling them in the .20s or low .30s right after he was fired only to see the share price climb to $10.
