I check the Sentinel II imagery every couple of weeks and from my view there has been no change since March of 2022- nearly one year since any leach activity on the pad or changes in the wishbone mining area. I can't see down to equipment level to know what's still on site so no comment on haul trucks, excavators, dozers.
Leach pad still dry and white - ponds dark and not reflecting any sky lighting so assume we're seeing only the black vinyl liner. Hiway 2 is at upper right - a main truck route between Caborca and Lukeville at the US border.
This view did not include the Noche haul road from Hiway 2 to Noche Buena but in a wider view it appears that that unpaved road is used regularly - it has become more prominent in the imagery over time and about every fourth day it appears they water it down so the color shifts to redder tones when freshly watered. They do that to keep dust down. Probably a Mexican EPA requirement. It not populated area and I doubt the mine operators really cares if the truck traffic throws up a cloud of dust.
