New York Times Thursday Feb 2nd, 2023 -- good meaty article on Niocorp's 36 year mine life property .

If that URL hits a paywall do a right click to copy the URL then from the upper right menu choose INCOGNITO WINDOW and paste the URL into a new window. Might work to get you to the article. That works with the Chrome brower - others I believe have similar incognito options.
I see the NYT article as altogether positive and affirming of the great potential and long life for this mine, the Elk Creek community and NIOCORP. The state and county are entirely supportive and there is no environmental objection since the mining is underground and the principals, Mark Smith and Scott Honan, are committed to ESG guidelines - Environment, Social, and Governance. There are many European investors where ESG is probably more important than in the U S currently. The management team just spent three days in Washington DC meeting with White House, DOD and legislators in Congress to discuss govt participation in the project. The resources at Elk Creek are deemed critical to national security since so many of the Elk Creek products now come from foreign companies and not all are friendly to the US.
The linked URL below is my own account from attending the Dec 2016 shareholder's meeting in Denver and a next day visit to the mine site. We made a repeat visit to the site - in Nov 2022 following the Tecumseh Town Hall. There is no substantial work on-site - all is awaiting financing which is being pursued daily by CEO Mark Smith.
