All of this is just garbage from the leadership of once was Generex and NGIO. The fact these individuals have jobs and are leading companies or working in executive positions in companies should not be happening.

Shareholders were not told the truth of what was going on in Generex for months They were told how bad previous leadership was all the while the leadership was as bad or even worse than before and what was going on was hidden from shareholders, all the while the top leadership bragged about the wonderful job they were doing for all the shareholders and how great the future would be, thus telling the shareholders how revenue would be coming in.

This should have been investigated or should be investigated and the SEC is failing and the lack of so call working for the investors is a complete joke.
