integracer, I think you are correct inthat HIMR wants to do things right. Jason said they would not do an audit before releasing their filings because they wanted to make sure nothing inthe audit conflicted with their filings. I did not mean to sound discouraging as Jason was not. Perhaps you are right in that the PRs may start flying after they are free to release them.
