While I would love for what you are thinking to be true, based on reading the MSA and what we know so far, I don't believe that it is.
CYDY can only sue for all of those alleged damages if there is fraud, which thus far, we have not been told is something claimed by CYDY. We also don't know Amarex's side of the story, so the old "counting chickens before they hatch" saying comes into play here.
Without fraud, CYDY may get back what they paid to Amarex and costs/fees associated with the arbitration, but not all of the other things you listed. That is just what the MSA states, not my own opinion.
