Remember, CYDY v Amarex is an ARBITRATION, not a litigation. The two sides are not "against" each other as much as they are trying to come to a mutual agreement as to what might be owed by one to the other.

I know we all want to scream "FRAUD!" but thus far, at least to the best of my knowledge, CYDY hasn't accused Amarex of that publicly. If I am wrong on that, please let me know.

We cannot let our emotions get in the way of the FACTS, and right now, we don't have all of the facts which is why emotion can be so dangerous.
