Yes thats because this is about soc/doj going after them. This is not about CYDY vs Amarex that will be handled in separate case. This does strengthen CYDY position to go after Amarex i believe. If Amarex can’t trust their own CEO to do the job he's supposed to ans was paid 10’s millions to do not a good luck for Amarex at all.
