I really want to buy some more shares and probably will today. At a market cap of $170MM, we are at dirt cheap levels that i never thought i would see again. At this point, i think you either have to buy or sell - if you think our drug has value and Cyrus can extract that value, buy. If you think not - sell. Simply sitting on your hands here doesn't make sense, even though it's the natural response to this type of fallout.

While the indictment is just a reflection of stuff that happened in the past (we all knew NP was a disaster for a long time), it creates some "taint" that will float around for awhile. I am hoping this does not influence the FDA in any way, in terms of lifting our hold, or dragging their feet. We need Cyrus to really sell the "new co" story.

For me, I'm buying one last time here. If things don't pan out in a meaningful way in 2023, i'm going to lick my wounds and move on. I just can't live with this stock anymore - not worth the stress. Maybe me saying that is the contrarian indicator that we are truly at the bottom here in terms of the SP - i certainly can't imagine any more #$*% hitting the fan at this point.....
