In my mind/memory, those allusions came during live calls when SKelly was speaking (multiple NDAs and such). I think his name is Mudd at this point and I don't want to speak it- aside from his compassionate use efforts. (Not that there aren't plenty of good Mudds out there, including Samuel Mudd himself).
Paulson owns many shares and has clients who own many more. In my experience, they really won't say much until I've signed my NDA with them or renewed my old one. I think 'hey, what's up?' phone calls from Paulson to Investor Relations get SEC-appropriate responses/updates.
