Here is another MAB, that has a mechanism of action similar to Biogen's Aducanumab. Therefore, it has the same serious side effects (brain swelling, brain bleeding, etc). This drug will be, probably, be submitted for approval next Spring.
If only there was a treatment, which has a mechanism of action, that slows cell decay, and actually promotes myelination. Oh, wait, there is such a treatment! It is called Leronlimab. I bet Leronlimab could help millions, of patients, without the serious side effects of the current medications. Big pharmaceutical companies should consider trying to help patients, and run some clinicals with a beneficial treatment, like Leronlimab!
