One other thing, if Mgmt are paying themselves in stock, an r/s would be the last thing they’d want to attempt.
It seems apparent, as it has for a long time, that Mgmt doesn’t care about the current pps. Now ask yourself why that might be when the company obviously needs $$ to operate.
