FACT
Company has been insolvent since inception, YET NO REVERSE SPLIT has ever been enacted by the company, therefore there is no reason to believe the company will use the entire AS if a Reverse split did occur.
Which at the present time based directly by a company statement IT MAY NEVER HAPPEN.
