My thoughts.
I suggest you check out these private companies and tell me if they think their private shares are worthless.

Private does not mean worthless (and no I don't believe QMC is anywhere near their class but their shares are not worthless)
I am far from being snark if you truly want to write off your shares as YOU STATED I offered you a solution. You are the one claiming your shares are worthless.
YOU placed the value on them not me.
My offer is serious, I go as high as 0.001 a share.
I look at this company this way
For years the company was trading and did nothing positive.
Now they are not trading but positive things are happening
If one can handle the former for a decade they should be able to handle the later a little longer.
