But keep this in mind: technically, these shares ARE actually worthless, in that they cannot be traded on the official markets, who show them as worth $0. That's just a fact, and my pointing out that it's a fact, and has been for some time, doesn't make me stupid as some replies imply. I'm glad you're hopeful. I'm just venting my frustration that it seems like things are continuing to go the wrong direction.
If you think otherwise, then your offer kind of belies your belief. If you think they are worth $5/share, then maybe you should offer $1/share. You'd still make money, and I'd absolutely take you up on that offer.
Otherwise, maybe keep your snark to yourself.
