As I stated yesterday, abandoning the BLA is another step towards settling this whole situation. No longer could Amarex possibly claim "Well Cytodyn can still get the BLA done and seek approval, they just need reformat A,B,C..."

Instead, Cytodyn is saying "Stick a fork in this BLA nonsense because it'll never fly with the FDA. So, Amarex, you are demonstrably worthless and incompetent (or worse). Pay up, mother***ers."
