I believe you are exactly correct. Around this time, many PRs had come out about how the BLA would be filed in the next quarter. This actually went on for about two years as I recall. Nader, to hood credit, said please file the damn thing already. He didn’t instruct to file an incomplete BLA. He basically said C’Mon guys. Do your job.
