My opinion was that Nader had been given filing dates by Amarex and Amarex kept blowing through them. Frustrated, Nader told them to file the BLA even though Amarex told him it was not done because we have rolling review and adding in the missing parts could be done soon afterwords. I think Nader wanted to get the clock ticking on the FDA giving us a PUFTA date and fulfill a deadline he made very public.
I don't think Nader just pushed Amarex to file out of the blue. I think he was very tired of Amarex's excuses and wanted to put them to the wall. Amarex is ultimately responsible for their work and Nader had paid them for it.
The timing of Naders selling of stock could not have been worse, however i don't think he sold because he knew what was going to happen with the submission. Likely Nader had little knowledge of how incomplete the submersion was. remember, this is kept from Cytodyn to preserve the integrity of the data.
