Craig, there is apparently no mention of liquidated damages in the "Demand for Arbitration," including the "Relief Sought," by CytoDyn, apparently posted to Facebook, StockTwits and probably elsewhere:

Can you stop your speculation about liquidated damages unless you have some evidence that there is a document, exhibit or contract somewhere that mentions it? Can't understand why you keep pounding this issue without apparently providing a single bit of evidence that there is a liquidated damages clause somewhere. Wouldn't they mention it in the Arbitration Demand? Or, wouldn't they at least explain why it doesn't apply if they are trying to get around it? What's your take on the lack of mention of any liquidated damages in the Arbitration Demand?
